Use
Depending on the model, shavers are suitable for dry or wet shaving. The application depends on the chosen product, but is always simple.
For a wet shave, whether face, legs or intimate area, first apply a generous amount of shaving foam. Then run the razor over the skin with light pressure. If you have sensitive skin, you should shave with the stroke. However, the result is more thorough if you run the razor against the direction of growth. Use your free hand to pull the skin slightly taut so that the hairs stand up. After shaving, rinse your face and razor head with warm water.
When shaving with an electric safety razor, guide the switched-on razor over the skin with light pressure. Avoid passing it over the same area too often. If you have sensitive skin, you should shave with the stroke. These razors can often be used on damp and dry skin. Shaving gel can also be used, but is not absolutely necessary.
