If you find that you no longer need the products, you can return them to us at your leisure within 180 days,*

* provided that you are deemed a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the items are in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

How do I go about returning goods?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason and to return the goods you have purchased within fourteen days, provided that they are still in their original packaging and are unused/undamaged. Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to return items which are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to us up to 180 days after you have received them.

You can arrange for your goods to be returned by using your customer account.

How can I get my money back?

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the cost of the purchased goods as soon as possible; however, within 14 days of receipt at the latest.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you or the refund can no longer be effected in the same manner (e.g. you have changed your account, etc.).

How can I cancel my purchase?

Besides your legal right of withdrawal, you have the option of using our voluntary 180-day right of return. In this case, it is sufficient to return the unused, undamaged items in their original packaging to us without giving a reason within 180 days of receipt.
