Glowing bride: Your six-step skincare routine for a perfect wedding glow

A “glowy skincare routine” is designed to give your skin a radiant and healthy-looking complexion. But it’s important to always choose the products that are right for your skin type. If you’re not sure what type of skin you have, consult an expert before using a new product.

Prepare your skin

Cleansing: Thorough cleansing is the first step towards achieving a radiant complexion. Use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, make-up and excess oil. Cleansing oils are very effective at removing make-up. Or you can use a foam cleanser, which is ideal for oily skin types. If you have dry or sensitive skin, a milk cleanser is a good choice for you.

Exfoliator: Use a peel or a scrub 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells and stimulate cell renewal.

Toner: Now it’s time for the toner. Toners help to balance the skin’s pH value and prepare it for the next steps. It’s best to use an alcohol-free toner that contains soothing ingredients.

Serum: The serum is applied next. Serums contain highly concentrated active ingredients that target specific skin problems. We recommend using a vitamin C serum for a radiant complexion and for protection against free radicals.

Cream: Now choose a moisturiser that suits your skin type. A good moisturiser keeps the skin hydrated and smooth.

Sunscreen: Sunscreen is the most important element of any glow routine. It protects the skin against harmful UV rays and prevents premature skin ageing. Always apply it at the end of your skincare routine and opt for a sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
