Retinol serum for more youthful-looking skin overnight

The anti-ageing serum counteracts the signs of skin ageing and supports the skin's own cell regeneration. The light serum texture is gently applied to the skin and penetrates into the deepest layers of the skin to regenerate it in depth. The care is ideal for normal to oily skin as it is quickly absorbed - without being sticky or greasy. The skin feels pleasantly nourished and cared for.

The face serum from Biotherm contains 0.25 % pure retinol, which is known to support skin regeneration and wrinkle smoothing to reduce wrinkles, even out the complexion and improve overall skin quality. It also contains 1 % Life Plankton, which stimulates skin regeneration. Other active ingredients, such as 3 % niacinamide or hyaluronic acid, also help to protect and soothe the skin and promote a more even complexion. In addition to the vegan formula made from 92% biodegradable ingredients, the packaging is also impressive with a bottle made from 25% recycled glass.

Only use the serum with retinol in the evening. Retinol requires a certain acclimatisation period for the skin: apply twice a week for the first week, then increase the frequency to every second night. If you continue to feel unwell, discontinue use and/or reduce the amount. Always make sure your skin is well moisturised. Apply the serum every evening before your moisturiser. Do not apply to the eye contour or eyelids. Do not use in conjunction with retinol products outside the Biotherm Blue Pro-Retinol range. Do not intentionally expose your skin to the sun and use a broad spectrum SPF product with SPF 30+ daily.
