The practical Brow Tech Matte Pencil from the cosmetics company smashbox Los Angeles is ideal for creating dreamy eyebrows. Weighing just nine grams, the pencils have two ends. One end has a very fine tip that professional stylists and you can use to perfectly define eyebrows. You can choose from the colours Taupe, Brunette and Dark Brown. The other end of the make-up tool consists of a small brush that allows the colour to be optimally distributed between the hairs. The result is gorgeous brows that make the eyes the centre of the look. The waterproof formula of the colours is long-lasting.
