Treat the soles of the feet as usual with Fab Feet Fast Mist first and then remove the dry calluses. After filing with the fine side of the Fab Feet Fast Exfoliating File, wash your feet and then gently massage in the After-Care Foot Cream as a skin care treatment.

Clean your feet thoroughly with soap and water. Then dry your feet thoroughly. Remove a small amount of foot cream from the dispenser, jar or tube and massage in the care product.
