3. apply the 4-step firming massage to intensify the effect:

STEP 1 - REDEFINE: Place your thumbs under the chin and press along the jawline. Repeat 6 times.

STEP 2 - LIFT: Press from the jawline upwards to below the cheekbones. Repeat this 6 times.

STEP 3 - CONTOUR: Press the beginning of the eyebrows with the middle fingers (3 seconds) and stroke along the bones under the eyes up to the temples. Repeat 6 times.

STEP 4 - STRETCH: With four fingers, lift from the angle of the jaw to the temple. Gently stretch with the other hand and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 3 times per side.
