Use
First wash your hair with a silicone-free shampoo. Put on the enclosed gloves and apply GLOSS to washed, towel-dried hair. Gently massage in the GLOSS from the roots to the ends of your hair. Take care not to apply the GLOSS to the scalp. Leave on for 5-30 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly without shampoo until the water runs clear.
