Spice plant and natural remedy
Primavera's undiluted organic bay leaf essential oils are produced by distilling bay leaves from Bosnia. Bay laurel, often also known as spice laurel, is an evergreen tree originally from Asia with aromatic leaves and berries in blue-black. Even in ancient times, Caesars wore a laurel wreath as a sign of fame and victory. Today, laurel is mainly used as a spice plant, for example for soups and stews or for flavouring. In naturopathy, laurel is used for complaints with the stomach and intestines as well as muscle pain and colds. Laurel essential oil has a fresh, clear and very spicy fragrance. Its clarifying, stimulating and revitalising effect makes it the perfect cosmetic for aroma care. To rub in and massage, mix a maximum of 20 drops of the oil with 50 ml almond oil. You can also use a different carrier oil to suit your skin type if you wish.Contents
