The Max Pro Steam+ Straightener is a gentle straightener that tames even thick and unruly hair. It has 25 millimetre wide titanium plates that not only straighten your hair, but also give it enchanting curls. The plates are flexible - this allows the hair to glide gently through them without getting tangled. During styling, negatively charged ions are released which coat the hair cuticle: This prevents the hair from becoming electrostatically charged and gives it a healthy, silky shine. The Max Pro Steam+ Straightener uses an innovative steam technology that reduces stress on the hair and minimises split ends and breakage. The straightener can be operated at temperatures between 150 and 230 degrees and is therefore suitable for both fine and thick hair. The appliance has a 3.50 metre cable, which allows plenty of freedom of movement, as well as an automatic switch-off function, which switches it off automatically if it is not used for 60 minutes.

After around one minute, a conventional hair straightener reaches its average operating temperature of 120° Celsius and is ready for use. Now take a strand of hair that has previously been treated with a heat protectant and run the straightener evenly from the roots to the ends. Be careful not to start directly at the roots to avoid burning the scalp.
Treat the bottom hair first, then the top hair - strand by strand. It is important to make even movements so that the hair is not overheated at certain points. To avoid protruding ends, pull the straightening iron in a gentle, sweeping arc. Finally, fix the hairstyle with an anti-frizz conditioner or hairspray to make it resistant to external influences.
