The Ultimate Boosting Prime from Manhattan also ensures splendidly smooth lashes. This effect is thanks to the sophisticated formula, which contains a successful combination of micro-fibres, coconut, argan and jojoba oil.

The base for your eye make-up

You can apply the Ultimate Boosting Primer as a wonderful base for your mascara. The integrated brush is perfect for this. Like all Manhattan make-up products, this primer is made from selected ingredients that ensure a high level of effectiveness and the best possible skin compatibility.
