The Effaclar A.I. Care Emulsion from La Roche Posay is a skincare product with a dual action: it gently combats blemishes and also has a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, which is why the spot treatment is also suitable for sensitive skin. La Roche Posay only uses non-comedogenic ingredients in the formula so that acne-prone skin is not over-cared for and the re-clogging of pores is prevented.
The Effaclar A.I. care emulsion contains niacinamide (vitamin B 3),
which refines dilated pores, strengthens the skin's natural defences against germs and gives a healthy glow to a dull complexion. The skincare is enriched with Piroctone Olamine and Glycacil, which act as a facial cleanser and have antibacterial properties. Thermal water soothes the skin and replenishes its moisture reserves, smoothing fine lines and helping the skin retain its resilience. The salicylic acid it contains also has effects similar to facial cleansing, as it dissolves the dead cells in the top layer of the skin's horny layer and helps the skin to shed them. New, healthy cells are formed and sebum can drain away unhindered, removing the breeding ground for pimple-causing bacteria. The micro-peeling caused by the acid leaves the skin smooth, supple and soft.Contents
