The Lipikar Xerand hand cream from La Roche Posay was developed for very dry, cracked and stressed hands. Frequent hand washing and sanitising in combination with cold weather conditions can cause the skin to dry out, its protective acid mantle to lose its effectiveness and germs to penetrate through damaged areas in the epidermis. Inflammation, redness and pain are the consequences.
This is where La Roche Posay's "Lipikar Xerand Hand Cream" body care comes into play by restoring the skin's protective barrier, intensively hydrating and replenishing the skin's depleted moisture stores. The skincare smoothes the damaged epidermis, forms a weightless protective film and soothes irritation with thermal water and allantoin. These two active ingredients have a strong soothing effect, promote the regeneration of the skin and leave it supple and relaxed.
For even more care, the body care contains glycerine.
This natural skin substance forms a protective shield that is slightly water-resistant and therefore remains intact even after washing your hands.
