Use

Remove the cap from the pencil and apply the eyeliner to the eye area. Apply the eyeliner for the classic eyeliner in the centre of the eyelid directly on the lash line and draw a thin line to the outer corner of the eye. Then repeat the process and draw the line to the inner corner of the eye.
