Use
Apply the eyeshadow directly to the eyelid. Blend it in gently immediately after application before it settles on the skin. Build up the intensity of your desired eye look by applying the eyeshadow in several layers. Use the eyeshadow as a topper for a shimmering look or as a softly glittering highlighter.
