The Hydro Active Ampoule is a concentrate for facial care from Hildegard Braukmann's Exquisit product range that provides the skin with intensive moisture. With this product, the Hildegard Braukmann skincare brand has developed a top-class skincare concentrate that increases and stabilises the skin's moisture content. The product owes this effect to selected ingredients such as plant-based acacia collagen and algae extracts. Acacia collagen ensures soft skin and has a moisturising and moisture-retaining effect. The algae extracts also moisturise the skin and have protective and firming properties. The Exquisit Hydro Active Ampoule from Hildegard Braukmann also contains extracts from the Asian konjac root and organic hyaluronic acid, which have a skin-smoothing effect.
Active ingredient concentrate for dry and sensitive skin
This facial care product is used after cleansing. Apply a small amount of the concentrate evenly to the face, décolleté and neck. You can then apply your face cream as usual.
