I have been using the comb for 6 years. Because it's sawn, the hair doesn't tear and there are no split ends. No extreme electrical charging either. The comb does not bend, which is pleasant. It has a comfortable weight and sits very well in the hand. Unfortunately very fragile. Must not be dropped under any circumstances. This is now my fourth comb in 6 years. 😕
