The Meta Glow Duo-Chrome Eye Pencil from Essence changes colour depending on the angle and light. Thanks to its soft texture and defined tip, you can easily create great looks. The pencil has a built-in sharpener and can be rotated. The metallic shades are perfect for unusual make-up with futuristic accents. The duochrome effect of the pencil ensures that one of two colours is visible depending on the incidence of light.
