For a smooth eyeliner, apply in short strokes across the lash line, starting on the outer half of the eye and working inwards.For a winged eyeliner look, draw the eyeliner slightly beyond the outer corner of the eye and then gently sweep your finger over the lower part of the eyeliner to extend it into a sharp line. For a softer eyeliner look, blend the upper edge of the eyeliner with your fingers or the Smokey Eyeliner Brush. Apply more layers until the desired depth and smokiness is achieved.
