How to use the Iced Out highlighter from Anastasia Beverly Hills:
Cleanse your skin and apply an optional foundation. Now take a small amount of make-up with a brush and apply it to the desired areas, for example to the cheekbones and the bridge of the nose or, when applying to the body, to the collarbones or armpits. Now blend the edges with a soft brush. You can use a setting spray to set the product.
