How to apply the Scandalous Matte Lipstick:
You can apply the make-up directly like any lipstick, but you can also use a small lip brush. If you want to outline your lips, it is best to do this beforehand and then use the Scandalous Matte Lipstick to fill them in. If your lips feel rough or chapped, this may be due to dead skin cells. These can be removed with a lip scrub. This will create a smooth surface and improve the absorption of the lipstick. Vegans will be pleased to know that this make-up from Catrice was developed without animal testing. Animal products are also not included.
